YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leadership and coordination: You guide the team and monitor daily operations.
• Guest service: You deliver warm, personal and high-quality experiences.
• HR and team development: You coach, train and support team members.
• Event coordination: You organize larger events with great attention to detail.
• Strategy: You contribute to long-term vision and development.

WHAT YOU BRING
• Leadership experience within hospitality.
• Passion for food and drinks.
• Professional and communicative.
• Strong product and wine knowledge.
• Flexible, solution-oriented and able to switch quickly.
• Strong Dutch and English language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
