• Leading the Mondi Skybar 747 team

• Ensuring service and quality standards are consistently met

• Overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations

• Planning, training and coaching team members

• Analyzing results and optimizing revenue

• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

• Monitoring and improving guest satisfaction

• Supporting events, theme nights and special activations

• Contributing ideas to further develop and enhance the Mondi concept
