Located in De Haagsche Bluf in the heart of The Hague, our hotel is the first fully capsule-style hotel in the city. Since opening in July 2025, we have welcomed guests from around the world who are looking for a unique and modern stay.

Our concept combines Japanese capsule hotel efficiency with a warm Moroccan-inspired design, creating a distinctive atmosphere that blends comfort, style, and functionality. Guests sleep in private capsules instead of traditional hotel rooms, and our hospitality concept focuses on accessibility, atmosphere, and memorable experiences in the center of the city.

We are looking for energetic, hospitable, and creative people to complete our team. Everything here revolves around experience, hospitality, and teamwork. Whether you’re behind the bar, working in the kitchen, or helping manage operations: you make the difference. Our team works closely together, supports one another, and ensures that every guest receives the best possible experience.

Your Role as a Host

You are the face of the hotel and make sure our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you play a central role in daily operations and guest experience. You work both at reception and behind the bar, while also supporting the team wherever needed.

Teamwork is essential in this role. You collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the hotel runs smoothly and that every guest receives the same high standard of service.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Your daily responsibilities can include:

• Welcoming guests and checking them in and out at reception

• Answering guest questions and providing local recommendations about The Hague

• Preparing and serving drinks behind the bar (now, our bar is closed until further notice)

• Restocking and maintaining the vending wall and other service areas

• Supporting events and guest activities when they take place

• Helping keep shared spaces and staff spaces clean, organized, and presentable

• Monitoring capsule availability and assisting guests with capsule check-ins and usage

• Communicating with your team throughout the shift to ensure smooth operations

• Assisting colleagues where needed during busy moments

No two days are exactly the same, and you will often work together with your team or alone to adapt to the needs of the hotel and its guests.
