Room attendant/House keeper - Amsterdam

What will you be doing?

• Cleaning rooms check outs and stay overs according to our Catalonia standard including making/changing bed sheets.

• Cleaning bathrooms and replace all amenities, dust, vacuum and mopping

• Periodical deep cleaning and cleaning all the public areas.

• Acknowledging and greeting guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.

• Reporting any guest accidents and associate injuries to a supervisor immediately.

• Notifying supervisor of guest complaints, comments, maintenance issues or lost-and-found items.

• Arriving in proper clean and pressed uniform with nametag.

• Performing other necessary duties upon request.

Perfect candidate

• Passionate about cleaning, with a good eye for details, flexible and hardworking!

• Have attention to details and a quick learner.

• A team player with a good portion of personality.

• Someone with a hands-on and pro-active mentality, who has an eye for detail.

• A problem-solver who likes to take on challenges.

• You have experience working in Housekeeping.

• You have good language and communication skills in English. Dutch is an advantage.

• You do not hold back from your responsibilities.

• You are legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
