Sales Enablement Intern - Amsterdam

Do you want to learn more about the world of sales?

We’ll take you through it from the very beginning and explain the basics of what the profession entails, plus what happens behind the scenes. In the second half of your internship, you’ll accompany the account managers on client meetings to experience the front-end of the job. This way, you’ll understand what happens both in front of and behind the scenes — completing the full picture.

LEONARDO HOTELS BENELUX

As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will work for our chain of 29 hotels in the Benelux and more than 300 hotels worldwide, each with its own character and dynamics. We work from the Shared Service office in Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark and from the office in Leonardo Hotel Utrecht City Center. The central location makes it easily accessible by public transport — it’s less than a 5-minute walk from the central station.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE IN THE SALES ENABLEMENT TEAM?

Sales is, of course, about winning business, and as a Sales Enablement Intern, you will play an important role in this. You will start with thorough onboarding and socialization, and during your internship you will get to know the hotels and be introduced to the sales profession. At Leonardo Hotels, YOU are important! We gladly coach you in your personal development and support you with your thesis. This also includes giving you one full day per week to work on your thesis, because maintaining a good balance between work and personal life is essential.

During this internship, no week is the same! You are an indispensable part of the Sales Enablement Team and actively contribute to the success of our energetic sales department. Your tasks will vary from organizational and administrative support to managing and optimizing our systems. You will contribute to strategic projects that are important for the entire Fattal and Leonardo organization, helping support and strengthen company‑wide goals and initiatives.

You help ensure that our sales processes run smoothly and play a key role in increasing customer satisfaction and business results. And your personal interests matter just as much: you’ll have plenty of opportunities to join account managers on client visits or to initiate your own project or development.
