Let’s introduce myself, my name is Carolien, and I am the HR Business Partner working at Pestana Amsterdam Riverside. A beautiful monumental hotel along the Amstel River where we are looking for passionate colleagues to join our team. What will you be doing?
As our Jr. Sales Executive you will be working in the Amsterdam sales office. Alongside the Sales Manager, you will work in a small and enthusiastic team where no day will be the same. The team is responsible for all commercial activities related to Pestana Amsterdam Riverside. Nothing is beyond our imagination!

Main tasks:

• Be the structure caterpillar of the department

• Lead generation and lead qualifying

• Organizing sales blitzes together with Sales Manager

• Organizing show rounds for existing and potential relations to make guests enthusiastic about our location

• Prepare all needed internal communication for other departments

• Assisting the Sales Manager with neighborhood walks and competitor checks

• Assist with managing the MICE and Corporate database

• Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for companies

• Supporting Meetings and Events department when needed
