Crowne Plaza Maastricht is looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales executive to further develop our corporate business, group bookings, and banqueting activities. You will work closely with the hotel team and actively contribute to achieving the hotel’s commercial objectives.

Although the hotel is based in Maastricht, this position can largely be performed remotely from the Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, or The Hague area.

What will you do?

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing hotel revenue through active sales and relationship management. Your focus will include corporate accounts, group bookings, meetings, events, and F&B revenue.

Your responsibilities

  • Achieving revenue targets and commercial goals

  • Actively selling hotel rooms, meeting spaces, events, and F&B packages

  • Expanding existing corporate accounts and increasing account production

  • Developing and executing account plans

  • Managing RFP requests and contract negotiations

  • Generating new business through acquisition, sales visits, and cold calling

  • Organizing sales blitzes and external company visits

  • Identifying market trends and commercial opportunities

  • Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports

  • Creating promotional offers to maximize revenue

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and external partners

  • Coordinating group bookings and events with other hotel departments

  • Visiting the hotel regularly (approximately two times per month for a two-day visit – expenses covered)

  • Participating in online sales meetings, trainings, and strategic sessions

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a commercial professional with a passion for hospitality and sales. You are independent, results-driven, and skilled at building strong client relationships.

You bring:

  • Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or account management

  • Strong communication and commercial skills

  • A proactive and independent working attitude

  • Experience with corporate accounts, group bookings, or banqueting is a plus

  • Good command of both Dutch and English

  • Availability for 4 to 5 days per week
