As a Sales Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting our sales processes, help build client relationships, and learn the ins & outs of professional sales, from research to outreach and follow-up deal. You’ll be fully involved in our Commerce team, working closely with Sales and collaborating with other departments such as Revenue, Marketing, Meetings & Events, and Reservations. This will give you a realistic and valuable insight into how commercial decisions are made within a growing hospitality organization. This internship isn’t just coffee runs; you’ll gain real skills that matter.
In this role you will:
Support the Sales team with lead generation and prospecting, helping us find new opportunities with focus on Corporate Individual and Group Business;
Conduct market research and help track trends that can inform sales strategy;
Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations for internal and client use;
Update and maintain CRM records and sales documents with accurate data;
Participate in team meetings to observe and learn effective sales techniques;
Support with sales activities, site visits and commercial projects;
Provide administrative support where needed to keep the sales cycle flowing.
You are:
A HBO-student studying Business, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related field;
Looking for an internship for a minimum of 24 weeks, for 32-40 hours per week;
Passionate about people, results, and learning the ropes of professional sales;
A good communicator, both verbally and in writing;
Motivated, proactive, and ready to contribute to the team;
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn CRM tools;
Fluent in Dutch is required, and you are confident in communicating in English, both spoken and written;
No prior sales experience required, just a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn!

Generous internship allowance: €800–950 per month (based on full-time and depending on the duration of your internship);
