Sales Manager - Amsterdam

Why This Role?

As the go-to sales contact in the country, you’ll spearhead all sales activities for our property and major Dutch companies. Your keen business acumen, professional presence and local network will be instrumental in building strategic partnerships and driving sustainable business growth.

You will report to the regional Director of Sales and collaborate with regional, European, and global sales teams, leveraging synergies and uncovering new market potentials.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement targeted sales initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth

• Independently manage the acquisition of new corporate clients – from first contact to contract signature

• Strategically manage and nurture existing client relationships

• Conduct sales meetings and contract negotiations with a solution-oriented approach

• Play a key role in managing global RFPs and agreements with major corporate accounts

• Plan and lead impactful presentations, client events, trade fairs and sales trips

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and Revenue Management to shape our pricing and sales strategy

What You Bring:

• Fluency in both Dutch and English

• Minimum of two years of experience in proactive sales or a similar role

• First experience with customer relationship management tools

• Familiarity with the Amsterdam hotel and/or serviced apartment market

• A self-driven, structured and goal-oriented working style

• A professional, confident demeanor and strong customer focus
