Now, we’re searching for our next Sales Manager for our upcoming new opening 120 key property in Wilde Amsterdam Noord to help us grow in the longstay and relocation world.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a sales professional with deep expertise in the relocation/extended stay sector, who understands what it takes to build lasting partnerships in the Amsterdam market.

You will succeed with us if you have:

  • Strong knowledge of the Amsterdam hospitality/relocation market and an established local network with global mobility leaders and agencies.

  • Proven experience in the long-stay/extended stay segment (7 nights minimum length of stay).

  • Fluency in Dutch (preferred) and strong business English.

  • 2+ years of hotel/aparthotel sales or corporate account management experience.

  • Track record in new business generation and corporate account management.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Opera, IDEAS, Agency360 or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • A proactive, ambitious and relationship-driven approach.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and grow corporate and relocation partnerships, with a focus on extended stays.

  • Drive sales activity locally and nationally, attending trade shows, client meetings and networking events to showcase Wilde.

  • Generate new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.

  • Provide accurate, competitive proposals for longstay and corporate agencies, maximising revenue.

  • Be the face of Wilde in Amsterdam - a true brand ambassador who builds connections, inspires trust, and drives results.
