We are looking for a senior Food & Drinks Supervisor - someone who:
Has experience in the as a Food & Drinks Supervisor, preferably in a five star hotel.
Is passionate about delivering the best service to our guests.
Enjoys conversations with guests to build relationships and makes sure the guests are satisfied.
Is able to solve any problem that might come up with guests.
Is able to keep an overview of the whole restaurant and team members to make sure everything happens efficiently.
Can train, motivate and guide team members.
Keeps an eye on Guest Experience scores, Upsell Incentives and other KPI’s.
Has full knowledge of the facilities in the hotel, awareness of our menus and able to explain and recommend it to guests and train the Team to these standards.
