Sous Chef - Amsterdam

Are you a passionate cook and ready for the next step in your career?

Within the WestCord Fashion Hotel as Sous Chef you will lead the team together with Chef Roy. You will instruct the team, prepare dishes, make plans and place orders. In addition, as Sous Chef, you also have a creative side, you stay abreast of the latest food trends and actively contribute to the development of new menus. You are flexible full-time. As Sous Chef you keep the overview, you steer and at the same time you work dynamically!

The F&B department of WestCord Fashion Hotels consists of four different parts; the breakfast buffet, the Brasserie Mme Coco, Skyybar and the banqueting rooms. Service, quality and teamwork are the common thread between these outlets.

• Managerial work experience in the kitchen;
• Full time and flexible availability;
• Preferably Dutch speaking.
