What will you do?
As Sous-chef, you are the driving force behind our kitchen. You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and the kitchen team to bring down a high standard day in and day out.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing, supervising and inspiring the kitchen team;
- Co-developing a modern, surprising menu;
- Monitoring quality, presentation and work processes;
- Efficient stock management and control of orders;
- Supervising HACCP and a clean, organized kitchen.
What would we like to see?
You are an inspired kitchen professional with a strong personality. You get energy from teamwork, dare to take initiative and don't let yourself go crazy in busy situations. International experience or a taste for world cuisines? Definitely a plus!
- Several years of experience as a Sous Chef or Independent Working Chef;
- Demonstrated passion for cooking and hospitality;
- Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and product selection;
- Experience in international kitchens or abroad is a plus;
- Leadership, team spirit and an eye for detail.
