We are looking for you to become our new Spa Manager at Corendon Amsterdam New-West, a vibrant hotel located in one of Amsterdam's most dynamic and rapidly developing areas, just a short distance from both the city centre and Schiphol Airport.

Your workplace: A 1,000m2 Spa & Wellness Experience

You will be working in our impressive 1,000m² Spa & Wellness, a place where relaxation and guest experience come together. Our facilities include a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, indoor swimming pool, fitness area, and a variety of beauty and wellness treatments. It is a true oasis where guests can completely unwind, and where your leadership will make all the difference.

What does your job incude?

As Spa Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the daily operation of the spa and wellness facilities. You lead and inspire the team, ensure exceptional service standards, and create unforgettable guest experiences. In addition, you are responsible for the commercial success of the spa, team development, operational excellence, and achieving business objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing the Spa team;

• Being responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Spa & Wellness facilities;

• Ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction;

• Creating staff schedules and ensuring optimal staffing levels;

• Managing and improving reservations, administration, and operational processes;

• Driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of treatments, memberships, and retail products;

• Monitoring budgets, KPIs, and commercial performance;

• Identifying market trends and developing new wellness initiatives and promotional activities;

• Ensuring a professional appearance and smooth operation of all spa facilities;

• Managing inventory and maintaining supplier relationships;

• Analysing guest feedback and implementing continuous improvements;

• Collaborating closely with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

You play a key role in both the operational and commercial success of the spa. With your hands-on mentality, leadership skills, and passion for hospitality, you ensure that both guests and team members can enjoy the very best experience.

In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager.
