As a Spa Therapist, you are the face of our luxurious wellness environment at Rotterdam’s Leuvehaven. You ensure that every guest feels welcome, relaxed, and completely cared for. With your professional expertise, personal attention, and genuine sense of hospitality, you create a high-quality wellness experience that reflects the luxurious character of our hotels.

You provide a variety of spa and beauty treatments, carefully tailoring each treatment to the individual wishes and needs of the guest. You have a keen eye for detail and understand that an exceptional spa experience is about more than just the treatment itself, it is also about the atmosphere, hygiene, service, and personal approach.

In addition, you actively contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa. You ensure that treatment rooms and facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standard, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Responsiblities:

• Professionally performing a variety of spa, wellness, and beauty treatments in accordance with Hilton standards;

• Providing guests with personal advice on treatments and wellness options;

• Creating a warm, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels special;

• Carefully preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are left clean and ready for the next guest;

• Maintaining the hygiene, cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of all spa areas and facilities;

• Identifying guests’ wishes and needs and responding to them proactively;

• Answering guest questions and providing professional advice on treatments and products;

• Contributing to the efficient day-to-day operation of the spa;

• Following all quality, safety, and hygiene guidelines;

• Working closely with colleagues within the spa and other hotel departments to take the overall guest experience to the next level.

What are we looking for?

For this position, we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Spa Therapist with a passion for wellness, beauty, and hospitality. You are service-oriented, professional, and well-presented, and you enjoy creating a personal and relaxing experience for every guest.

• You have a relevant qualification and/or proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Wellness Therapist, Beauty Therapist, or in a similar position;

• You have knowledge of a variety of wellness and beauty treatments;

• You work accurately and have a strong eye for detail, hygiene, and quality;

• You are guest-oriented, professional, and an excellent communicator;

• You have a well-groomed and professional appearance;

• You are able to work independently while also enjoying being part of a team;

• You are flexible and willing to work varying shifts, weekends, and public holidays;

• Good command of Dutch and English is preferred;

• You have a genuine passion for wellness and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests.
