Bar Brasserie OCCO is looking for a supervisor. You work in the Food & Beverage team and you report to the Bar Brasserie Manager and Food & Beverage Manager. In this supervisor role you are responsible for taking care of both breakfast and lunch in the Lounge, Bar Brasserie OCCO. You are constantly taking care of the “wow” factor for our guests. You are able to manage your team in such a way that the operation runs smoothly and you participate in the team as a host/hostess. You provide a warm atmosphere and you ensure that everything is well arranged.

Located on Keizersgracht, in the heart of De Negen Straatjes is Amsterdam's best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star boutique hotel where it is all about genuine and personal service and where we want to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. A historic environment with 40 beautiful hotel rooms, 4 event spaces and three restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO, Chef's Table até and Michelin-starred Restaurant Vinkeles.
