At the start of your shift, you brief your team and review the current technical status of the building. You quickly assess whether there are any urgent issues that require immediate attention. With your experience, you are able to determine priorities effectively and ensure the right tasks are handled first. As Supervisor Technical Department, you guide the team daily and manage the distribution of work to keep operations running smoothly.
Throughout the day, you are present on the floor, overseeing preventive maintenance, conducting periodic inspections, and evaluating technical requests. You coach your colleagues, provide support with more complex technical issues, and act as the main point of contact when unexpected situations arise. You maintain a clear overview at all times, coordinate efficiently, and ensure technical processes are handled in a structured and timely manner. No two days are the same!

What Makes You the Ideal Supervisor Technical Department?
You have proven experience in Technical Services and/or Maintenance, preferably with knowledge of Electrical Engineering.
Experience in a similar environment (e.g., technical service in a facility, hospitality, or service-oriented organization) is a strong advantage.
You are proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to set priorities independently.
You demonstrate natural leadership skills and know how to guide, support, and motivate the team.
You are a true team player and enjoy supporting colleagues and users/guests in a professional and service-minded way.
