The Script

As an F&B Team Member, you’ll be part of the PRESSROOM team. Every day, you’ll help bring our guests’ stories to life at INK Hotel Amsterdam - MGallery. Together with our F&B Manager and F&B Supervisors, you’ll create an INKredible experience for our guests.

From breakfast to dinner, you make sure our guests feel welcome. You’ll take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep the restaurant and bar clean and well-presented. You also have an eye for detail, think ahead and are always happy to share your ideas with the team. Is a bar stool out of place? You’ll put it back. Do you spot a dirty knife? You’ll take care of it right away. You’re a real go-getter who knows how to get things done.

Your main responsibilities as an F&B Team Member are: 

• Preparing the restaurant and bar for service

• Exceeding our guests expectations

• Communicating with colleagues, your teamleader and the guest to ensure everything is running smoothly

• Ensuring we have all the supplies we need

• Being knowledgeable about our menu and hotel offerings and up-selling these to our guests

• Managing our restaurant reservations system

• Making sure the restaurant is clean and presentable at all times

INK Story

INK Hotel Amsterdam - MGallery is a luxurious lifestyle hotel with a rich history. The building was once home to the Dutch newspaper De Tijd, where stories were created, written and brought to life in ink. That’s why INK Hotel is the place “Where stories are yet to be written.”

Our restaurant, PRESSROOM, is the living room for our hotel guests and the local community. We serve delicious dishes prepared by our INKredible kitchen team, while our bartenders create cocktails with their own personal touch.
