For a 5-star hotel in Amsterdam we are looking for a Turndown Attendant in Housekeeping. You are responsible for preparing guest rooms for the evening. You create a calm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the five-star standard. With attention to detail, care, and precision, you ensure every guest feels comfortable and well looked after.

Your responsibilities:

• Carrying out turndown service with care and consistency

• Refreshing rooms and preparing them for the evening

• Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

• Working efficiently with strong attention to detail

• Supporting the housekeeping team when needed

What you bring:

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Passion for delivering excellent service and quality

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel

• Good communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus

• A guest-oriented, structured, and detail-focused approach
