Highland Group is looking for Housekeeping Attendants. Highland Group is a family-owned business that owns six successful boutique hotels in the center of Amsterdam. The Highlander Hotel in Amsterdam is a creative, stylish boutique hotel with a fantastic atmosphere. In The Highlander hotel, each room features unique designs, and every floor is color-coded, showcasing the diversity and energy of Amsterdam. Luxurious king-size beds of the highest quality, spacious bathrooms with rain showers, and incredibly unique, colorful designs are offered.
What will you do as a Housekeeping Attendant?
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining rooms and public areas within our hotel. You play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests by providing a clean and fresh environment.
Your tasks include:
• Cleaning and making up hotel rooms according to established standards and procedures.
• Cleaning public areas such as corridors and the lobby.
• Replacing bedding, towels, and toiletries.
• Clearing away garbage and waste.
• Reporting any damage or defects to the supervisor.
• Adhering to regulations while carrying out cleaning duties.
What do we ask of you at Highland Group?
• No specific work experience required, but experience in the cleaning industry is a plus.
• Reliability and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends according to a flexible schedule.
• Good command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
