Are you an enthusiastic and service-minded professional with a passion for hospitality? As a brasserie team member, you are the welcoming face our guests meet from the moment they arrive. You guide them through our menu and wine list, provide personal service, and help create an atmosphere that makes them want to return again and again.

What are you going to do?

As a brasserie waiter/waitress, you play a key role in delivering exceptional service during lunch and dinner hours. You make every guest feel at home and ensure smooth and pleasant dining experiences.

Your main tasks:

Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables
Taking orders and entering them into our POS system (Lightspeed)
Advising guests on food, drinks, and dietary options
Serving dishes and drinks with care and professionalism
Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
Printing bills and processing payments
Replenishing supplies and stock as needed
Ensuring hygiene and safety protocols are followed

Hospitality-focused: You intuitively know how to make guests feel welcome and comfortable
Experienced: You have previous experience in food & beverage or similar roles
Strong communicator: You speak fluent English; other languages are a plus

Flexible & resilient: You stay calm under pressure and are open to varied shifts
