From Oys, situated on the banks of the River Maas, just 5 km from Maastricht Center, where the best of both worlds converge. Currently, we operate with a team of 5, but we will be expanding our team this fall in preparation for the opening in Q1, 2025.


We are thrilled to announce the development of our 5-star hotel, offering 81 rooms spread across the Chateau, Remise, and Carré. Our rooms will embody a blend of elegance, comfort, and eco-luxury.

Within the estate, several food and beverage outlets will be established, including a Chateau restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside a hotel bar infused with international flair. The Remise will house a fine dining restaurant, dedicated to delivering a culinary experience of the highest caliber. Additionally, a culinary studio and wine cellar are in development.


The Carré will host a Nature Spa & Gym, designed to promote wellness and relaxation.


Throughout the project, the guiding principle is inspired by the Cittaslow-philosophy, emphasizing sustainable practices, community engagement, and the utilization of local produce. Furthermore, we will cultivate our own regional products, available for purchase at the hotel boutique.
