As an all-round team member, you’ll be part of both our Front Office and Bar teams—welcoming and assisting guests, handling check-ins, and creating memorable moments behind the bar. Our team is young, energetic, and always looking for ways to surprise guests—from the perfect cocktail to a friendly chat that leaves a lasting impression. Your role
As an all-round Front Office & Bar team member, you’ll be everywhere:

• Welcoming and checking in/out guests with warmth and professionalism

• Advising and assisting guests with all requests and inquiries

• Handling administrative procedures and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Office

• Serving breakfast and working behind the bar, mixing cocktails and drinks

• Providing memorable experiences for our guests through personal attention and style

• Solving and preventing guest issues proactively, always leaving a lasting positive impression

Who you are

• Naturally hospitable, enthusiastic, and professional

• Energetic, flexible, and a true team player

• Skilled in mixing cocktails and serving drinks with flair

• Fluent in English

• Strong social and communication skills

• Experienced with HMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Knowledgeable about Amsterdam’s attractions, museums, nightlife, and local tips

• Available for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
