For Mercure Amersfoort Centre, part of International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP), we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Allround Hospitality Employee on a 0-hours contract who will combine Front Office and Food & Beverage duties in a dynamic role. This means you enjoy variety in your work, are service-oriented, and feel comfortable working in different departments depending on operational needs. 

 

Your day will consist of: 

  • Welcoming guests and taking care of check-in and check-out 

  • Handling guest requests, calls and reservations 

  • Processing payments and administrative tasks 

  • Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in our restaurant and bar 

  • Preparing drinks and simple dishes 

  • Assisting during banqueting and events 

  • Preparing mise-en-place and keeping work areas clean and tidy 

  • Supporting your colleagues and ensuring brand standards are followed 

You… 

  • Have a passion for hospitality 

  • Are service-minded and guest-oriented 

  • Are flexible (weekdays, weekends, evenings and occasional nights) 

  • Are a team player with a hands-on mentality 

  • Have an eye for detail and stay calm under pressure 

  • Speak English (Dutch is a plus) 

  • Experience with Opera is an advantage
