To support this ambition and uphold our exceptional standards, we are seeking an ambitious Assistant Hotel Manager to strengthen our team.

In this versatile and hands-on role, you will support the Hotel Manager in the daily operation. You will be responsible for training and coaching staff, overseeing the Front Office team, monitoring service quality, and ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience meets our high standards. You have a sharp eye for detail, can anticipate and resolve issues proactively, and play an essential role in professionalizing the team and optimizing operational processes. As the right hand of the Hotel Manager, you contribute directly to maintaining and enhancing the distinctive guest experience that defines Dikker & Thijs.

Degree from a Hotel Management School (or equivalent qualification).
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor within the hospitality industry (preferably Front Office).
Relevant experience in a luxury 5-star hotel is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills and natural leadership abilities.
Guest-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for high-quality hospitality.
Full-time availability, including flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
Experience in coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
Excellent command of both English and Dutch, spoken and written.
