VACANCY SERVICE MANAGER RECEPTION
You are an active lady or gentleman who likes to feel responsible for his own business. You like to share your own vision and input so that we can further improve our hospitality formula. Enjoyment at work is very important to you!
Your responsibilities:
  • Contributing to the daily operation within the reception team at the Albus, both managing and hand on.
  • In the absence of the FO Manager you are ultimately responsible.
  • You support colleagues in the daily operation.
  • As a teacher/coach, you train the new trainees.
  • Taking care of the VIP’s and their associated programs.
  • You monitoring the social media of the hotel actively.
  • Administrative tasks such as registration of cash transactions and payments, checking reservations and handling guest requests and reservations via email.
From you we expect:
  • MBO / HBO education in the Hospitality.
  • Experience within an FO team as shift leader in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • Knowledge of Fidelio Suite 8 PMS or similar system.
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or English (a second foreign language is a plus).
  • Knowledge of the city of Amsterdam.
  • Good communicative skills.
  • Living in the Amsterdam region.
