BANQUETING ASSOCIATE – CREATING MEMORABLE MOMENTS, ONE EVENT AT A TIME!
As a Banqueting Associate, you are responsible for supporting the smooth execution of meetings, events, and banqueting operations. With your warm hospitality, attention to detail, and positive attitude, you help create unforgettable experiences for every guest.
What will you do?
Prepare, set up, and support meetings, events, and banqueting activities.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests during events.
Ensure meeting rooms and event setups meet Marriott standards.
Support daily Food & Beverage operations when needed.
Work closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure seamless events.
Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and service quality.
Follow Marriott and hotel procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
Respond flexibly to guest requests and operational changes during events.
What are we looking for?
You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. You are enthusiastic, flexible, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.
Experience in Food & Beverage and/or Banqueting is a plus.
A proactive, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Stress-resistant with strong attention to detail.
Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
