Your role

As a Banqueting Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our events. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of banqueting activities, lead the team on the floor, and ensure every event exceeds guest expectations.

Your responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating banqueting events of up to 1,500 guests.
Acting as the main point of contact for guests during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Leading, coaching, and training the banqueting team, including temporary and external staff members.
Overseeing the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
Ensuring all service standards are maintained throughout every event.
Monitoring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Responding to guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

What you bring

Experience within Meetings & Events, Banqueting, or a similar hospitality environment.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
The ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive and guest-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
