What are my responsibilities?

As a Beverage & Food Supervisor you are part of the Beverage & Food department. You will:

• Lead the daily operations of our B&F outlets, ensuring everything runs smoothly from morning to night.

• Supervise and support the team during your shift, keeping the overview and energy alive.

• Bring ambassadors together as one team, assigning tasks across the different outlets.

• Coach, train and inspire ambassadors to deliver our brand standards with style.

• Handle essential administrative tasks like scheduling and email communication.

Above all, you create unforgettable experiences. You ensure our guests with unique discoveries worth sharing with the world.

What are we looking for?

We are on the lookout for a Supervisor who lives to discover and adds a personal spark to every experience. You are passionate about Beverage & Food, curious by nature, and always exploring those hidden gems you will not find in a guidebook.

You…

• Have a genuine passion for Beverage & Food.

• Bring supervisory experience in B&F or Events, or you are ready to take the next big step.

• Can communicate fluently in English (Dutch is a bonus).

• Are flexible to work full-time shifts, mornings, evenings and weekends.

• Are eligible to work in the Netherlands.

A unique opportunity is awaiting you in the city center of one of the most dynamic markets in Europe. We are excited that the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is currently undergoing a full transformation.

A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed.

The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has a very high focus on sustainability and will aim to become an enhancement to the city of Amsterdam.
