Located at the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets neighborhood is Amsterdam’s best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star luxury boutique hotel where we offer sincere and personal service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and three restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO, Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles, and the smallest fine-dining restaurant in The Netherlands, até.
In the heart of the hotel is Bar Brasserie OCCO. Here, we focus on quality regional products, craftsmanship, and personal service. We welcome our local and international guests in the casual Brasserie, at the Bar, or in our cozy lounge for breakfast, lunch, High Wine, dinner, a cup of coffee, or a creative cocktail.
The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for a motivated Breakfast Employee for Bar Brasserie OCCO. This position is a varied and versatile function. Both during breakfast and lunch you create a warm atmosphere and ensure that everything is well organized. Together with the team your aim is to exceed the expectations of our guests and you are constantly busy taking care of the “wow” factor! As a breakfast attendant at Bar Brasserie OCCO, you are an essential part of the guests’ stay at The Dylan.
Who are you?
You have passion for the hospitality industry, and especially for the higher segment.
You have gained experience as a waiter/waitress at a similar restaurant.
You are a team player, stress resistant and enthusiastic.
Personal service is your priority.
You are flexible in working hours and tasks.
You are an early bird.
You are communicative in speaking and listening in both Dutch and English.
What can we offer you?
Travel allowance starting from 5 kilometres.
Upon commencement of employment, a Swap bike will be available to you. This will be fully reimbursed for one year.
Workwear will be completely provided and cleaned by the hotel.
