Your role as Breakfast F&B Supervisor

As Breakfast F&B Supervisor, you are the heart of our F&B department. You ensure everything runs smoothly from leading your team to streamlining operations in our outlets. You know how to motivate staff, delight guests, and seize commercial opportunities. You start at 6 a.m. and work until 2 p.m., so you still have plenty of time left in your day!

What will you do?

Coordinate and support the activities in our 4 different F&B outlets;
Keep an overview during busy shifts and ensure smooth handovers;
Create efficient staff schedules and lead the team on the floor;
Coach and develop your colleagues, raising the level of service;
Contribute ideas for process improvements and encourage upselling;
