What does your workday look like?

• You coordinate and organize daily activities within your section;

• You ensure perfect mise en place and monitor the quality of all dishes;

• You guide colleagues and apprentices when necessary;

• You oversee hygiene, planning, and stock management.

What do we expect from you?

• Passion for cooking and an eye for quality;

• Experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef;

• Organized, independent, and team player;

• Completed culinary education or experience in an apprenticeship program;

• Creativity, ability to handle stress, and a positive work attitude.
