Are you a passionate chef with a love for Japanese cuisine? Then this is your chance! Hotel Okura Amsterdam is hiring new chefs for our renowned Sazanka Teppanyaki Restaurant. What makes this opportunity truly exceptional? You start with an intensive 9 to 12-month training programme, including 2 unforgettable months in Japan, learning directly from master teppanyaki chefs in Hotel Okura Kobe Japan.

Who we’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience
Great passion for Japanese cuisine and the Japanese culture
Strong social and communication skills
Teppanyaki experience, knowledge of Japanese culture, or experience as Chef de Partie is a plus
