ABOUT HOTEL NASSAU BREDA
Hotel Nassau Breda | Autograph Collection is part of Marriott International and is located in a former monastery in the heart of the vibrant city of Breda.
The hotel features 95 rooms, bar Heiligdom, a new restaurant Bar Belle and an unique chapel (capacity 300 guests) for weddings and events, and 5 meeting spaces.

THE POSITION
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our opening team at Bar Belle.
In this role, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes, while contributing to the creative and operational development of our kitchen.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
Take ownership of your section during service
Assist in the development and creation of new menu items
Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organised, and compliant with HACCP standards
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality
Support in events, banqueting, and special functions
Stay updated on culinary trends and continuously improve skills
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
Passion for food, creativity, and quality
Strong team spirit and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on mentality and attention to detail
Flexibility (including evenings and weekends)
Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
