Hampton by Hilton & Crowne Plaza Utrecht Central Station are looking for a Cluster administration employee.
You will be working on everything related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, income audits, and other administrative tasks. No two days are the same!
The Crowne Plaza offers 144 rooms, a restaurant, bar, fitness center, and nine modern meeting rooms with space for up to 250 people.
The Hampton by Hilton has 193 rooms, a cozy bar, and a fitness center.
Both hotels are in the heart of Hoog Catharijne The Mall – super central and easily accessible by public transport.
Do you travel by train? Then we will arrange your NS business card or travel allowance.
What will you be doing?
• You will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• You will be the first point of contact for the income audit.
• You will submit reports for the month-end closing.
• You will contribute ideas for improving administrative and financial processes.
• You will supervise monthly or periodic inventories.
• You will be in contact with suppliers.
• You will support management and your colleagues where necessary.
What do you bring to the table?
• Relevant education.
• At least 2 years of comparable experience.
• Affinity with hotel administration.
• You speak and write Dutch and English well.
• You have experience with Exact, Opera, PEP, and Excel.
