Crowne Plaza & Hampton by Hilton Utrecht Central Station is looking for a Cluster Duty Manager.

In this role you are the connecting factor to ensure the quality of our service. You will assist our colleagues mainly in the evening to bring our services to a higher and constant level.

The Crowne Plaza has 144 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a gym and 7 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 250 people.

The Hampton by Hilton has 193 rooms with a bar and fitness.

Both hotels are located in Hoog Catharijne The Mall, making them easily accessible by public transport. If you come by train, we will pay for your NS business card or a travel allowance.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring safe place for both guests and colleagues.

Providing support to the operational teams.

Handling complaints.

Walking duty rounds and provide follow-up.

Ensuring smooth communication between the day and evening shift.

Training the night staff.

Optimize our security procedures and related training.

Do you have:

No 9 to 17 mentality?

A high degree of independence?

Love and passion for great guest satisfaction?

A Emergency response diploma (pre)?

2 years of comparable experience?

Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of Excel, Opera and ONQ?
