As a Commercial Coordinator you will prepare and carry out Sales and Revenue activities such as tele-acquisition, sales blitzing, reporting, market research and relationship management. You are also involved in various (online) marketing & e-commerce activities. You support the sales and revenue team in the entire RFP process and maintain the customer database in the CRM system.

An overview of your tasks and responsibilities:

·         Create and process quotations and contracts;

·         Supporting the Cluster Sales and Revenue team throughout the entire process;

·         Preparing and coordinating sales activities such as tele-acquisition, blitzing, reporting, market research and relationship events;

·         Developing and coordinating the monthly production figures in the various segments;

·         Maintaining the customer database in our CRM;

·         Carrying out various (online) marketing and e-commerce activities (including content management, improving “natural search”)

·         Organizing site inspections, fam trips and educationals for all segments

·         Sharing market knowledge and passing on trends in the market to the team and your manager.

·         Turnover maximization in both Leisure and Business segments;

·         The optimal functioning of the back office for the Cluster Sales and Revenue Team;
