Restaurant ROYAL98 is looking for a motivated colleague for the position of Cook! You are responsible for preparing the tastiest dishes and taking care of the “mise en place”. Are you a real go-getter and ready to bring our concept to a higher level? Then we are looking for you!
ROYAL98 is located next to the famous Dam Square, where the Royal Palace and the famous department store 'De Bijenkorf' are also located. The Central Station is also a stone's throw from the restaurant; right in the center of Amsterdam! Our menu focuses on fresh pastas, authentic wood-fired pizzas, delicious salads and Italian sandwiches, with the high-quality service and at an affordable price.
Your responsibilities include:
• Assisting the Sous Chefs and the Chef;
• Taking care of the mise en place;
• Preparing cold and hot dishes;
• Preparing desserts;
• Running breakfast services;
• Running lunch services;
• Running dinner services.
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
• Knowledge of the legal regulations in the field of safety and hygiene;
• Speaks the Dutch and/or English language;
• Knowledge of the Allergen legislation;
• Previous experience gained in a similar position is an advantage.
