Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a warm, professional, and experienced Day/Night Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay from the moment they arrive.
Your responsibilities:
Deliver a seamless check-in and check-out experience with efficiency and a smile.
Be a reliable point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering assistance with genuine care.
Go above and beyond to exceed expectations by creating authentic luxury moments.
Uphold and embody the highest hospitality standards, including LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) guidelines.
