The main goal of the Chef de Partie is to prepare food products according to the F&B standards and to minimize waste to ensure food costs are in line with the budget. The Chef de Partie enjoys working in a 5-star hotel environment, meeting special requests from guests and being part of making exceptional culinary creations for the specific functions in the hotel.
