In the Kranenborg Academy, founded by Robert Kranenborg and Executive Chef René Haak, you’ll discover how to prepare a complete dish – from the very first preparations to the moment it leaves the kitchen, including ordering, planning, and communicating.

Who we’re looking for:
You’re motivated and eager to learn.
