You are that cheerful and hospitable team member who takes care of a perfect VIP service for the Executive Lounge guests of Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Together with your colleagues, you welcome and serve guest in the Executive Lounge. You ensure a good atmosphere, stocked buffets and drinks and you are always in for a conversation with our guests. Besides that, you provide an efficient check-out and you help our guests solve any potential complaints. Lastly, you are well aware of all the attractions and venues in the area and you are capable of advising guests and helping them with potential bookings.
