Finance Trainee - The Hague

De Plesman is based in a historic monument, and is currently transformed into a brand-new lifestyle hospitality concept. All the (wonderful - if we can say so) basics are there: an astonishing monumental building, a restaurant, a bar, a gym and meeting rooms. But de Plesman is not your regular hotel, we do things differently around here.

 What will you be doing? 

Under the guidance of our Finance Manager, you will get the chance to work and learn on the job.

• Support daily finance operations, including reconciliation, revenue validation, and payment stream checks.

• Assist with setting up and formalizing internal financial procedures, with a focus on the administrative organization (AO) and internal control (IC).

• Identify risk areas in current workflows and propose control measures.

• Prepare daily financial performance reports for management.

• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure procedures align with compliance standards.
