Job description:

As a Floor Supervisor, you are the connecting link between the team, the operation, and our guests. You ensure that the daily Food & Beverage service runs smoothly, professionally, and with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. With your natural leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality, you support the team on the floor and ensure that service quality meets Hilton standards.

You are present and visible during operations, motivating and coaching colleagues while ensuring every guest receives an unforgettable experience. Whether it is breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, or busy service periods, you maintain oversight, take action when needed, and contribute to an efficient and welcoming working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the daily Food & Beverage operation on the floor;

• Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team during service;

• Ensure a welcoming, professional, and personalized service experience according to Hilton standards;

• Act as a point of contact for guests and colleagues and handle questions or feedback professionally;

• Monitor the quality, presentation, and efficiency of service delivery;

• Allocate tasks and ensure effective teamwork within the department;

• Support the onboarding, coaching, and development of new team members;

• Identify and resolve operational challenges during service;

• Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to create an optimal guest experience;

• Check mise-en-place, cleanliness, and overall presentation of F&B areas;

• Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines, safety regulations, and hotel procedures;

• Support the Restaurant Manager and F&B Manager with daily operations.

You bring:

• Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role within Food & Beverage or hospitality;

• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences;

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead and motivate others;

• The ability to remain calm, maintain oversight, and make decisions during busy service moments;

• A coaching mindset and the motivation to support and develop colleagues;

• A strong eye for quality, detail, and compliance with hospitality and safety standards;

• A professional appearance and positive attitude;

• Good command of both the Dutch and English language;

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
