Are you guest-orientated, organized, and the first point of contact who makes guests feel immediately welcome? For our hotel, Nordseka Voorbug, located in Voorburg, we are looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Specialist who provides guests with an excellent experience from the moment they arrive.

Nordseka Voorbug is located directly opposite Voorburg railway station and is easily accessible by public transport.

What are you going to do?

Welcome and check in/ out guests;
Answer phone calls and emails;
Provide information about the hotel and surrounding area;
Handle reservations and payments;
Resolve questions and any complaints with a smile;
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure guests have an optimal stay.

Who we are looking for?

You have a friendly and professional appearance;
You are a strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset;
You have a good command of Dutch and English;
You are able to multitask and remain calm under pressure;
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required;
What is required is knowledge of and experience with Mews.
