• What will you be doing:
• Dealing with the arrival and departure processes for all guests and all other related tasks that comes with it.
• Provide information in an enthusiastic and friendly way to guests in person, on the phone, online, etc.
• Deal with all administrative tasks.
• Spread smiles and good vibes making sure all the guests are enjoying themselves.
• Ensures all telephone calls are answered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Dealing with the in-house guests accounting and ensuring the accuracy of guest billing.

• Salary in accordance with the hospitality employment conditions, appropriate to the position and experience
• Working shifts from 07:00 till 15:00 or 15:00 till 23:00.
