Radisson Hotel Hoofddorp is getting ready for its grand opening, and we're searching for an enthusiastic and service-minded Front Office Agent to help us welcome our very first guests with warmth, confidence, and a personal touch. With 281 contemporary rooms and the dynamic energy of meeting and events within a new launch, this is your opportunity to help shape an unforgettable guest experience from day one.
What you’ll do
As Front Office Agent, you’ll be the first smile our guests see and the calm voice they rely on, from check-in to check-out. You’ll thrive in an environment that moves fast and requires flexibility, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive mindset.
Whether you're handling guest queries, supporting a colleague on a busy shift, or quickly adapting to a last-minute change, you stay composed, professional, and focused on service. Your independent way of working, natural curiosity, and creative problem-solving help turn every challenge into an opportunity to impress.
Working with Opera Cloud and other systems, you’ll ensure smooth operations and clear communication, all while radiating the “Yes, I Can!” spirit that defines Radisson service.
What we’re looking for
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong affinity with the hospitality industry
Comfortable using digital tools and property management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud)
Self-driven and able to work independently
Available for 24–38 hours per week
