Front Office Employee 

As a Front Office Employee you are the one who will welcome our guests. Of course you will do this with your best smile and that way you will leave an unforgettable first impression. You are the to-go person for the questions of the guests and you are the superstar who also arranges reservations. You are not only the face of the hotel, but also the eyes and ears! 


Tasks & responsibilities 

  • Checking in- and out of the guests; 
  • Answering questions of the guests; 
  • Complaint handling;
  • And other additional administrative tasks. 

Who are you?  

You are the person of which the guest automatically get a smile on their face from. You have a huge hospitality heart and are a hard worker. They can’t get you down!  In addition to the above, we also have a few other requirements that we are looking for: 

  • You speak English fluently. Dutch is an advantage; 
  • You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen;
  • You are hospitable and representative;
  • You have experience within the front office of a hotel or you have the ambition to learn this.
