To strengthen our Front Office team, we are looking for an intern Front Office Employee for the Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus.

The duties and responsibilities are

• Checking in and out of (domestic and foreign / VIP) hotel guests in a warm and professional manner;
• Welcoming, providing service and providing information to guests (also by telephone) at our five-star service level;
• Carrying out active sales and up-selling (to a more luxurious room type) and cross-selling (for example dinner in our restaurant 'Waves at the Kurhaus') at the counter;
• Carrying out all administrative and accounting tasks associated with the position of front office employee;
• Processing payments and bookings in the system.

What profile do you have?

• You are doing a tourist MBO or HBO course,
• You have a minimum command of Dutch, English and German, spoken and written,
• You have good oral skills and a high degree of guest orientation,
• You can be deployed flexibly due to varying shifts.
• You have good social skills,
• You have a guest-oriented attitude,
• You are stress-resistant and have a high degree of accuracy,
• You are able to work both in a team and independently,
• You are available for at least 4 months
