As our new Front Office Manager, you will help us uphold this legacy by leading the team that is the heart of our guest journey.
Your Role as Front Office Manager (f/m/d)
As Front Office Manager, you will assume full professional and disciplinary responsibility for the Front Office team. As you look after our guests with commitment and passion, we make sure you feel equally supported.

Your Day-to-Day
Lead, coach, and inspire the Front Office team, setting the tone for exceptional service
Act as the main point of contact for guest-related matters, concierge duties and administrative processes
Ensure the highest quality standards, guest satisfaction, and upselling performance
Participate as an active member of the hotel’s Management Team
Excellence Begins With You – Your Qualities
You have a natural passion for hospitality and take genuine pleasure in helping guests
Experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager
Strong leadership skills: energetic, supportive, motivating and detail‑oriented
A true ‘natural host’ with an eye for personalised service
Strong command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage
Comfortable working with figures and operational systems
Open personality, excellent eye for detail, and the resilience to handle challenges with grace
